Service terms.
Standard jobs are paid after approval and before stringing begins.
One reasonable tuning adjustment to the confirmed setup is included. Before materials are purchased or work begins, cancellations receive a full refund. Completed work and committed materials are non-refundable after work begins.
The first missed or rescheduled meetup has no fee. Repeated missed appointments may require prepayment before another meetup is scheduled.
Pickup reminders are sent when equipment is ready. Equipment not collected within 30 days may incur a $5 weekly storage fee after written notice. Property remaining unclaimed after 90 days is handled according to applicable Arizona requirements.
